John 12:37–50
The end of the twelfth chapter in John’s gospel is the conclusion of Jesus’ public ministry. In his final remarks, he reminds us that all that he has done and spoken was from God the Father. If we believe in him, we will also have believed the Father. But Jesus’ words become an invitation to his hearers and readers today to reflect with some sense of urgency on their unbelief. Plenty of the listeners at the time thought they could see when they were truly blind!
As we close out chapter 12, we’ll be invited to consider areas of our own unbelief. Parts of our lives where our faith in Jesus is rock solid, and some parts that may not be. What does it mean to truly believe? And what do we do with our unbelief?
We’d love to worship with you on Sunday!
Service times are at 9:30 & 11:00. If you can’t make it in person, you can watch live at those times.
