Worship at Believers Fellowship
Connect. We were created to connect with others and with God. That is what we believe happens during corporate worship—God is present and connected with His people in a real and unique way. Maybe that’s
why worship is so important to us. Maybe that’s why we feel incomplete without it. Maybe that’s why we long to worship.
Worship is integral to the life of Believers Fellowship. In fact, we spend 40 minutes in worship before our teaching time each Sunday. Whether you need something classic and contemplative or something upbeat and contemporary, our worship team will mix the right blend of music, images, videos, and scripture reading to reach you where you are.
But worship is about more than just music—it’s about a relationship between us and God. The Scriptures offer some profound thoughts about connecting with our creator through worship:
“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come.”
(Revelation 4:8 NIV)
Worship is our response to God – who he is and what he has done.

“Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth.”
(Psalm 57:5 NIV)
Worship is thanking and honoring God as Creator.
“Offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God –this is your spiritual act of worship.”
(Romans 12:1 NIV)
Worship is offering ourselves as a sacrifice to God.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
(Matthew 11:28 NIV)
Worship is a journey of trust.

A Few Words From Our Worship Team
“Music, drama and lighting can move people to experience a deeper connection with God. When I play and sing, it is with the hope that we will have a transformational effect on even just one person. Then—when spirits are lifted, hearts are tender, defenses are dimmed, and hope is present—Gary or Matt opens the Word and moments of eternal significance can happen. Lives can be changed forever. It is an indescribable privilege to be a part of that.” - Mark
“Of all the compliments I receive after singing, the most meaningful are from the people who thank me for touching their life with the music we make.” - Stephanie
